Gloria lived at 6 Hengoed for two years she moved to 8 Hengoed as the family grew as this was bigger. Her first school was Hengoed Junior school and her teachers names were Mr King, Mr Evens and Mrs Jones. She moved on to Hengoed middle school and her teacher was Miss Hill. Her high school was Astrin Manayke, she left school aged 15 and worked in a grocery shop for 6 months.
